Phoenix Fitness/Touch Sessions

Last Tuesday we successfully completed the first Phoenix Rugby Club FREE summer fitness session with 38 participants. So if you didn't join us, you may be wondering what it is all about? Catching up with Rob after the 50 minute session ended, he explains what the session involved and the benefits of going involved. You don’t need to be a member and it is completely free of charge with all ages, genders & abilities welcome. These sessions will be running throughout the summer up to the end of July so come along and try it out for yourself - we hope to see more ladies & gents tonight!
