We will be holding Fitness / Touch rugby camp every Tuesday from June 5th to mid/end July before pre season. 7pm - 8:30pm
It is completely free to join in and you don't have to be a club member to take part.
We welcome all ages/genders.
July 5th - majority Fitness
July 12th - majority touch rugby
July 19th - majority Fitness
Etc.
All you need is a pair of trainers.
