Summer Fitness/Touch Rugby Session! (Every Tuesday)
We welcome all to come and join in, its totally free & even if you have no experience or desire to join it is a great way to improve your fitness & health.
It will be a mixture of fitness (circuit training & cardio) and touch rugby.
Touch Rugby is a non contact version of rugby, Instead of the tackling to stop your opposition you just touch them with your hand on any part of the body/clothing or ball,
We will have water bottles on site for sharing but you may also want to bring your own to save sharing.
All you will need is a pair of trainers and clothes to excerise in.
We have seperated men & women showers on site if anybody wishes to shower after.
